  Great selection of bikewear and equipment. Waited nearly 30 minutes for some assistance only to watch the 2 attendants help the same 2 customers for that entire time. Tried to ask the assistant a question to be told "you'll have to wait." We asked in German.
  Asked the cashier if anyone could help us and she tried to get someone but no joy there. The customers being helped were buying clothing and the assistants followed them around as they looked at items. Dreadful service and totally unacceptable. I wanted to buy helmets so considering I was looking to spend a good €500 I would say they messed up big time . Disgusted and annoyed at such poor service. Stay away if you want help from a shop.
