Our first visit to Alpenrose was with great pleasure. We heard a lot about the outstanding service the staff would offer and we were not disapointed. The hotel Alpenrose is a great place to visit with family. Delicious food and wine and best child-care ever experienced in a hotel. We will go again soon!

Bad Experience with the childcare in the Babyclub. An employee was not able to fullfill the standard of these hotel and was shouting on our kid - facing her with that, she was aroogant and no willing to accept the situation and no sign of an apology. Well I saw the whoel situation as I was standing in front of the door. The rest of the Hotel is fine - we stayed here several times already. The offer of the hotel that our son gets private babysitting hours next time, if its not possible to bring him to the babyclub was not what you expect in such a case. If you go there take some tiem with your kid in the babyclub and chek out the employees before giving you kid there .

We've visited Alpenrose 3 times as a family, and it's quality has been great. I find that we enjoy ourselves more with each visit, as we discover and indulge in more activities than we did the time before. Americans, like us, might not normally expect an all-inclusive destination to offer value, but the accommodations and amenities at Alpenrose are worth the cost - which is probably the best description of real value. It's a place where families can really enjoy their vacations, including time together and time on their own. One of the only places we'd be comfortable knowing that kids are well-served, cared for and safe in the various activities, which allows guests to have peace of mind and relaxation.
