Great apple strudel! Accommodated is well, however, there was an extremely rude employee that kept back talking us unnecessarily. Would come back here again just for the strudel 👍🏼

Perfect Holland Coffee with a nice piece of cheesecake!
The waiters are a bit short for words but, if you are nice to them, they will open up to you.
We had a good coffee and a good conversation here!

Visited on the first day of a 7 night stay in Mondsee and was greeted by the rudest woman I have ever met. We can speak a fair bit of German but were struggling a little when ordering food, and the waitress was most unhelpful, huffing and puffing like a parisian waiter all through the ordering process. Given this is a town visited by hoardes of American tourists visiting the nearby chapel, this is hardly the way to run a business let alone expect a tip and could leave first time visitors to Austria with a bad impression.

Food was average and service was probably the worst I have ever come across so definately one to avoid. Had we been treated better, we may have returned several times during our visit but we left with a bitter feeling after leaving a 1 cent tip!!!!
