Great customer service, fast response. They offered me newer edition, when it went out that old one is out of stock. They also added Poland as shipping destination, when I've asked for that :)

Very fast en helpful communications. Because they were waiting for new shipments to come in, so I had to wait a bit for my order. But once they sent it, I received my new kite within 2 days (I live in the Netherlands). Very happy with my new Naish Pivot. Would order here again.
