I am very disappointed of the customer service. I have called the clinic four times and they closed as soon as they heard I was speaking in English.
Maybe the doctor should hire a secretary which should have basic English knowledge that can say that the clinic only operates in German (if that's the case).
It's so rude to just close the phone without saying a thing.
