  Rude under all sow! You should really take care when you answer the phone here! Will pass this on in my circle of friends that one should avoid the company!

  Highest bids on 2 lots, but after more then a week not hearing anything I send 2 emails what was going on.no answer..then called Karner & Dechow. They tell me according to their customer the bids where to loo but they did not make the effort contacting me by email or phone..this was too much work! The lady told me there where only 2 working in the office (what are the other 7 employees doing on the website ???) This is bad customer service, I as a buyer put in time and effort to arrange transport and money transfer to pay for the lots and Karner & Dechow do not take any effort what so ever to communicate and just want to make money the easy way, this is no way to do business :-(
