Mixed impressions. No more Relais&châteaux status! Rooms are pretty old and even shabby, balcony is tilted towards outside. Staff is sometime friendly sometimes not.. Wi-Fi is not reliable. Swimming pool is overcrowded with water temperature of only 27 degrees Celsius. Parking is though just outside the hotel and convenient. Good garden decoration. Still, overpriced.

La classica ospitalità tirolese elevata al massimo grado. Cucina curata e gustosa, buffet della colazione davvero notevole, con prodotti locali e freschissimi.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Bestes Haus am Platz. Absolute Spitzenküche. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Zimmer angemessen, Einzelzimmer bleiben hinter den Erwartungen zurück.

Mein Urlaub hier ist nun bald zu ende. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Service und alles Dienstleistungen sind genial. Der Spa- und Ruhebereich lässt gar keine Wünsche offen. Komme so bald wie möglich hierher zurück!

Absolutely superb all round
I and my family have stayed in places from the Four Seasons in the Maldives to St Regis in Bali.
We stayed over Christmas which just added to the magic provided by the all the family, people and staff at the hotel.
This family run hotel is right up there with the best of them. We could have not been treated any better.response / report this review -

Best Hotel ever, and I am a frequent traveller.
This is not your chain hotel, the is a privately owned 5 star hotel, with a lot of personal attention by the owners.
They won the European Spa award a few years ago, and it shows.
The food is gourmet quality with changing menus every night. But you can also ask for pretty much anything, I never got no for an answer!
The service is a impeccable, you tell them what you want and they do their best to get it for you.
The rooms are more like suites, and they are all individually designed, with much attention to detail.
Everyone in our party was utterly impressed. Will be back!
