No matter how nice you try to be the staff is ignorant, unfriendly and you feel humiliated. If I had known our party of 13 people would never had rented our equipment here. Try the other rentals. Location is good but not worth spending hours talking about useless service at the after ski dinners. Having bought and rented gear for 25 years this is my worst experience. Stay away!!!
