Air conditioning not working well. Maintained a steady temperature of 24.1 to 24.8 C. Made for a tough hot humid night. Miserable. Front desk didn't seem overly concerned. No wash clothes in washroom, and not enough towels for the 2 people we pre registered for. Breakfasts were very good. Rooms looked nice and good view but poor rating stems from the air conditioning not working well. A 10 minute walk to ACV and to the U1 line.

This is the worst customer service that I have ever had. I can't believe that a hotel like this would provide such an unpleasant experience to their guests. I have told the agent about my requests and asked for their confirmation. They sent me the confirmation email and said looking forward seeing you. However, I got the email saying that "Dear Sir, we are sorry to inform you that our hotel is overbooked and we actually don't have that discount for you".
So, were I speaking to an agent that was not belonged to this hotel? Shouldn't the hotel tell me that they couldn't accept my requests before the confirmation email? How was that even possible to send a confirmation email under the circumstances of no empty rooms?
What's more, there was no more response and explanation after all. Again, worst customer service ever.

Clean. Good bathroom. But there is no ironing board! They don't seem to realize that guests steam their shirts in the bathroom when there is no ironing available or is that just me??? The restaurant serves typical international cuisine. No vegan options so basically heart attack food. Breakfast ok but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Good for short stays, when you are just passing by. Far from the center, but has good rooms and outstanding service, also good connection with Viennas airport bus.
