  Good rooms, great breakfast, friendly and helpfull personel. In general a good hotel in wonderfull area. The private beach at the Fuschl lake is great, the view from there is stunning.

  Stayed here with 20 high school aged teens. The entire staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to engage the kids. We ate dinner in the hotel each evening. FOOD was THE BEST of anywhere we ate while in country. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

  My wife and I have stayed at the Mohrenwirt a few times and have always found it relaxing and welcoming, the food excellent, and the rooms clean and comfortable. Public transport is right on the hotel doorstep to Salzburg or deeper into the Salzkammergut - to visit St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang, Zwolferhorn, Schafberg, Bad Ischl the list is long. We wish we could return more often.
