Nice large room, firm mattresses, and rather quiet night despite having the windows open for cooling. The rooms are not equipped with AC. The bathroom was very spacious. Everything was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a great selection. At an additional 6.50 Euro per person a must. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke great English. The TV channels include a number of English news and entertainment channels with language selection.
For late arrivals, the hotel offers an automated check-in system and free on-site parking. While we were not able to locate a restaurant nearby that was still open at a Friday slightly after 9 pm, the hotel has a lounge, where snack, wine, beer, and selected non-alcoholic beverages are available for very reasonable 1-2 Euros (based on honesty system).
The hotel is about 20 car minutes from the Schwechat airport , and about 3 walking minutes from the train (20-25 min ride to downtown Vienna). A navigation system for travel by car is highly recommended since one has to travel rather empty country roads with no or little signage in the area.
The slight negatives are that the hotel is located in a smaller village with not much to offer in terms of dining out etc. We also had no to very limited and slow internet in our room (106). We didn't mind since we only stayed for one night. All in all, the hotel is taken care of lovingly, and we can only recommend it.response / report this review -

A lovely small hotel near the airport. We spend there one night before the flight. Around 25 min driving to the airport. Rich breakfast menu and very welcome staff.
