Perfect hotel to stay if you are traveling by a car. Free parking, friendly staff, big shopping center nearby(5-10 minute on foot)

The breakfast buffet is decent verging on good, and the rooms are tastefully if a bit sparsely decorated. Free parking is great, especially in the underground garage. Noise travels a lot in this hotel and we've been kept up at night with people banging around above us. The hotel doesn't seem to be staffed past 11 PM.

Staying at the Hotel Kapeller has been absolutely pleasant. The hotel itself has a kind of rustic modern design, very cozy and fitting for Innsbruck. There is decent sized parking lot out front and a small underground garage behind the building that requires your room key to access. Very convenient when it's snowing! The hotel is located fairly close to a populated shopping area and an on-ramp to the A13 highway. Breakfast was super tasty and the reception were always pleasant and accommodating. This hotel is located next to a church with a bell tower that rings frequently. It's not loud (and we were directly facing it) but you can hear it with the windows closed. It never bothered us, quite soothing and lovely to listen to, actually. Would stay again!

Good basic breakfast buffet, nice quiet location, underground garage parking, junior suite had a simple bedroom with a basic double bed, one living room with a sofa bed and uncomfortable spring matres, a bathroom with nice functional bath and separate shower. Interior of the bathroom was a bit more modern, but the rest of the rooms looked old fashioned with cheap wood. The matres covers were worn and had holes in them, pillows were far too soft without any support, service was okay. It's a decent good hotel, but in need of some improvements.

Stayed for one night. Very calm and quiet surrounding. A large parking space, close to a shopping center and city center can be reached easily. Room was large, with couch and up to date TV. Bath with bathtub for relaxing in the evening, roof window. All in all a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast.
