  No elevator, though that's not uncommon for a European hotel. 4 stars might be unfair.

  Nice hotel. Clean, good maintenance. Only waiter Harry.. He was artificially kind and made several stupide mistakes on a row. While I think staff make or break a place, he should think again how to act.

  The beds were very comfortable and the food was great. Loved the outdoor patio. However, there was no air conditioning, so it was VERY hot inside. We bought a fan at the Maxi Markt which helped. It's otherwise a very charming place.

  Ci siamo stati con dei colleghi in un viaggio di lavoro. Posto veramente carino a poca distanza da Salisburgo. Qualcuno del personale parla italiano, gli altri hanno cercato di metterci a nostro agio pur non parlando noi tedesco. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante (menu invernale) e ci siamo trovati discretamente per quantità e qualità. Servizio impeccabile nonostante il locale fosse pieno in occasione di una fiera locale. La colazione a buffet del mattino successivo semplicemente divina.

  Could use a few updates room had really bad water pressure other rooms are fine great views not much air flow from single window

  A truly unique all Austrian experience. Friendly staff, good food, tasteful and very traditional decor. It even has a supercharging station for my future Tesla :)
