A positive review for this « hotel » is impossible.
We came back to the hotel at 9:20pm and realized we had lost our Card Key. To our surprise, there was no one at reception even though it is stated that they are open from 7am-11pm. We tried calling the hotel number and we managed to briefly talk to someone who once we explained the situation, hanged up and us, and blocked our number. Hence, we could not reach the number again. It was impossible to reach anyone from the hotel willing to help.
In the end we gave up, and the next morning when we came back and approached the staff member who was there, they blamed us for losing the key. Never even apologized.response / report this review -

The place is clean and the lady at the front of house was the best. She was gracious and friendly.

Reception not open 24 hours, arrived early no-one there - had to wait in rain. No elevation. Receptionist confused. Noisy. Not worth it.

Very pleasant receptionist and staff. Tasty and suffice breakfast. The room was large, had really comfortable beds. Shower was good and had a good smelling soap. The wardrobes were suffice. And to the end one thing I cannot forget to say about: The room was made up every day we came and it was completely clean. We did not miss anything abou the hotel. There are many things to see around the hotel and it was really near the center, shopping center (Kiesel) and a gas station. So I recomment you to visit this hotel.

Basic, below basic.
We booked family room for 5 ( we were 4 friends) and the room was smaller than a double room at ibis. The worse was the pillows. Unacceptable pillows, plain flat.
Wifi does not work at all.
The window opening took over the bed.
This 2 hotel star is expensive even for Austria, below basic.
Lady at front desk was nice thats the only good thing I can say otherwise stay away!response / report this review -

El lugar muy cerca de la estacion de metro, limpio y espacioso. Servicio un poco incómodo ya que a nuestra llegada no había nadie sólo dejaron la llave en un sobre en la recepción.

It was ok. Price is a bit too high for a room without air conditioning and only two working electricity outlets. The room was clean but the service could be better.

I arrived at the hotel at half 1 afternoon and it was supposed to be a nice time to spend with my mum as i have not seen her for a year. The receptionist hardly spoke any language, gave me the card to a room an the disaster started. Once i opened the door the room was still a mess, not cleaned full of smell of cigarettes. I went back and asked him if it is a joke he said to wait for the cleaner to clean it. Me , my mum and our luggage were sitting on the stairs!! for nearly an hour to wait for a room to be clean- that's after travelling for nearly 12 hours. Breakfast, really nothing special, no one actually cares, receptionist nearly never there, cleaning lady comes about 4pm without knocking just opening the door. There is a club right next door so forget about sleeping during the weekends as it fells like your bed is literally in centre of the dancing floor. What really got me was that i took my mum to get a taxi at 5.30am and when i got back i could not get in. Was waiting in cold and rain for hour an half until i decided to go to the building next door an see that maybe i can get it . yes there was a door to get in, from different building and opened , but who cares to tell you!!! I paid nearly 60 euro a night for two and the price says the hotel should be on some sort of level. I would not pay even 20 euro, actually please do t waste your money nerves and time on this hotel. It completely spoiled my holiday and mood
