  Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel la settimana scorsa, e non posso che trovarmi in accordo con le altre recensioni. All'arrivo a Gerlos, abbiamo trovato l'hotel senza difficoltà anche grazie alla SPAR che si trova a fianco alla struttura ed è ben visibile oltre che indubbiamente comoda. In hotel siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità, una prima carrellata generale delle attività e i servizi disponibili, il pass per il garage che si trova di fronte alla struttura e la active card che consente di utilizzare la navetta e le due funivie di Gerlos e Koenigsleiten (raggiungibile con la navetta). Durante il soggiorno il personale è stato assolutamente gentile, professionale e attento alle nostre esigenze; la SPA, fruibile gratuitamente, non è mai affollata e riesce ad essere un luogo di totale relax; ottima e ricca la colazione. Cinque stelle del tutto meritate!

  Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
  Accueil très sympathique, chambre confortable, espace wellness et piscine magnifique. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war eine Märchen an sich.
  Wir haben auch Seilbahntickets für den Aufenthalt mitgekriegt, welche für die ganze Zillertaler Arena gültig waren. Damit konnten wir auf verschiedenen organisierten Wanderungen teilnehmen.
  Nach den Wanderungen kamen die Sauna und das Schwimmbad uns sehr gelegen.
  Alles hat zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklappt and wir können somit dieses Hotel herzlich weiterempfehlen.

  Great familly run hotel with warm and compfy hospitallity with attentive service staff. Stayed there during the winter season and I really enjoyed my stay. Looking forward staying there once during the summer
