The pool is small and cool، breakfast super, rooms is very large and comfortable

Food is fantastic. Staff is very friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. But noone told us they were building and renovating. Room is nice but should have been cleaned better.

Fine place to stay. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Every day the clean the room. A tasty choclat is on the fresh new bed when we came back from Breakfest. The toilet and bathroom is also very clean and fresh!

Really great hotel, with very nice food. Although we expected the food to be served at the table (that's one of the reasons we've chosen this hotel), it was never mentioned it was buffet during top season. But, the buffet was great, with every day fresh new food, and really excellent staff! Just a little bit to busy during this top season. Location very close to skibus & ski area.

Staff and service is fantastic, although I foilund it odd that the restaurant manager did not speak any english, while the rest of the staff do.
The rooms are in need of an update and refurbishment, with our room needing a new paint job to get rid of the marks of the walls. The bathroom was slightly smaller than expected based on the photos but was big enough for our needs.
The rooms were generally very clean, with no obvious dirt or dust and The hotel is a lovely building a little way out of the centre of town.
The all inclusive option is great and the ability to take a packed lunch out with you was very helpful.
Overall a very nice hotel with friendly staff that is in need of an update.

The location is not bad but the hotel have no air conditioner so in the summer it's hot there and the reception is not god and there is two big dogs in the lobby (for a god location hotel they must have a parking lot)
