  ~ halbwegs freundliche Mitarbeiter
  - Mobiliar sehr alt und abgewohnt
  - Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig
  - Fußboden sollte dringend erneuert werden
  - Badausstattung unzureichend und alt
  - Preis/Leistung unzureichend

  Прекрасне місце для відпочинку.
  Гарне розташування, центр міста. Все як на фото - все зроблено зі смаком, турботою і максимальною віддачею.
  Персоналу - 5!
  Були проблеми з оплатою карткою (Приватбанк підвів) - поставились із розумінням, підказали де банкомат.

  Staff is very kind and helpful, with very fast turnaround time on a Wi-Fi problem they had. Rooms are nice, location is good. Breakfast was surprisingly varied (especially for low carb options) and quite tasty.

  Great staff woke up at 4 am to call in a Taxi for me. Close to all attractions and metro station. Only draw back is no AC and fans cannot help during hit days..
