  We had a lovely stay at this great place, in terms of comfort, food, facilities (indoor and outdoor swimming pools), location and entertainment with Markus. The Stubai valley has a lot of activities to offer between hiking, paragliding, e-biking, or rafting, among others. Really a great holiday. We will come back.

  My husband and I were due to spend 4 nights at the hotel but due to unforseen changes to our itenary, we needed to reduce this to 2 nights. The mininum cost of cancelling is a 2 night charge. We planned on ammending, not cancelling our stay. Despite notifying the hotel at least a week in advance, we were informed that the hotel would still charge for 3 nights. This being peak season means that it is unlikely that the hotel will be stuck with the room on the 2 nights that we are not able to go. If we go for the 2 nights that our itenary allows, we will spend money in the hotel and surrounding villages. As it stands, we are now cancelling our stay altogether, at a loss, rather than spend more money supporting a greedy, unreasonable establishment. This experience leaves a sour taste. We are now cancelling other hotel bookings in Austria and looking to spend our money elsewhere in Europe.

  Very nice hotel. Well organized, clean and able to answer to all our requests. Very good the shuttle bus service to the glacier.

  We"ve been second time in this hotel. And everithing was very nice. The only thing made me disapointed. I need to go back one day earlier. I said that this was my fault and it was up to hotel to make some payment back or not. That's OK. The hotel finaly said no. But I could get any compliment from the hotel, maybe invitation for the dinner (we had just BB) or some treatment. No. During checking our I"ve heard no, but there is a voucher for 200 Euro discount for the next stay. That is perfect but the only thing - 5 minutes ago another family was cheking out and got same voucher (ocasionally I've heard it). Small thing which made very bad impression.

  Very good value option. Everything is clean and nice. Relatively new. Good food, but would be even better if would stick to traditional modern. Hotel staff and management was very helpful, looked happy and professional. We had some silly requests and all of them were delivered with a smile. Good location, nice views, sounds and smells.
