Beautiful hotel with an amazing executive lounge. It's very close to the city center, so location is perfect. Rooms have amazing view and are very spacious. Front office staff was amazing, very friendly and polite. Breakfast experience gave us mixed feelings. First morning it was not good, but second was great. Executive lounge staff was great, very helpful and made our stay there feel like we are at home. But the bar experience was really bad. We got the food before the drinks, and drinks would never come if we didn't ask for them again. It wasn't that busy evening (Monday). Also, food was not the best. Only beef tartar was good. Nevertheless, big thanks to the front office team and executive lounge team for making our stay great in the end!

Meeting expectations. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Hotel is centrally located with a walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was exceptional. View from the window could have been better, but it obviously depends on the room. Would recommend for business trips.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it.
The hotel location was amazing. Just opposite a train station which goes directly to the airport. It is also within walking distance of the main attractions and the centre of the city. The room was good size and staff very helpful. Breakfast was first class with lots of variety and the bar and restaurant were also very nice. Perfect location by the U-Ban and city central. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (even an electric tea kettle). Check in was easy, but check out was unfortunately challenging. They also do not allow outside food to be eaten in the bar/lobby. I would stay here again though! The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Rooms were great. Breakfast was diverse and delicious but strangely there was one morning when the white toast has finished completely. Major appreciation to Ms. Julia from the breakfast restaurant. She was very helpful and nice.
There was one issue with the room cleanliness after the room service has come and supposedly cleaned the room. It seems that the room was not vacuumed nor the bed sheets were changed. Only toiletries were replenished and the beds were only made up - no changes of bed sheets were done.
Overall, compared to the Hilton Munich Park that we stayed at beginning of our summer vacay; the Vienna one is heaven. Yes, the Munich hotel was a disaster.
The parking charges were high; I hope the hotel considers offering some discounts for its residents. I know for a fact that other hotels offer about 10% to 15% discount for their hotel residents if they utilized the parking.

We had a very pleasant stay here two times in August. It's a very typical, but competent hotel. Nothing special, but since it is directly across the street from the train station, it's the best location from the Airport. And, is centrally located, so you can walk to the Old Town and elsewhere. The rooms were immaculate and modern. Free Wi-Fi in the Lobby. We definitely would start here again. The location makes this perfect.
Update November 2017: We like this hotel so much, we are returning in December before our Crystal River Cruise. We're looking forward to it.response / report this review -

This place lacks the comfort of Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront. While this place is more conveniently located to the city center, the service is lacking here, from the breakfast service in the restaurant, the front desk, and those assisting with luggage. Just as an example, when I checked in, there were two staff at the front desk, but one was just chatting away with a guest, so effectively only one person checking in guests. So either, they fouls bring another staff member to help check in guests, or the one chatting with a guest should've excused himself. While I know it's good to be friendly with guests, I'm sure the first would've understood there are others waiting in line. The situation of waiting to check in unnecessarily long I'd a typical experience I've had here.

Very nice stay, and superb breakfast offering: I liked the waffle machine and the variety and quality of food. The only negative point was the bathroom furniture, shower was small.
The thing I appreciated less: Hilton should include wifi in room fee and stop harassing customer with their membership program.response / report this review -

Price quality is acceptable. This hotel is not worthy of the Hilton brand label. It's interior is outdated. There is also the smell of the past. Service and breakfast is as expected. There is a brave new Hilton elsewhere in Vienna that send more geared towards business travelers. This hotel is more suitable for tourists who are looking for a better deal.

Found all rooms stayed in between 3 families to be clean and user friendly. Service was excellent, executive lounge service perfect. Excellent location for city centre access.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
We had a nice room on the tenth floor and access to the executive lounge - it is small but everything you need is there. For breakfast I strongly recommend going downstairs to the restaurant - the food was amazing. Though, don't expect to sit outside as it is quite noisy due to the traffic.response / report this review -

Our second stay here in a few years, and still great: location, room, hotel in general, and of course the fantastic breakfast (make sure you pick a rate in which it is included). The location is great in the sense that it's just outside the beautiful and busy center (minutes by foot), and steps to the train station (direct train to the airport) -there is also a shopping mall right across).

Very convenient for the CAT train to and from the airport. Nice hotel, people were very friendly and rooms a good size. Ideal for a nice walk into the city centre.

Check in was rough, people that were not hhonors members using the line, the staff did get control after waiting for over 30 minutes to check in. Would be nice if Executive lounge was accessible longer hours just to hang out in. Rooms were excellent, staff was great. Definitely staying there again. Great location. It is just over the park to everything you want to see and across the street to a mall and rail system
