Хозяева из Болгарии, прекрасно говорят по-русски. Номера чистые, постели удобные. Есть парковка. Очень тихо. До озера пару минут ходьбы. Всё понравилось. Мог бы быть завтрак, но в номерах есть холодильник, посуда, плита, чтобы все приготовить самим. Рекомендую

This hotel did not know the credit card approval.
I never seen any staff during I stayed.
I called to reception due to cold room and WIFI problem, they said there is no problem and did not come to the hotel.
They informed they did not approve my credit card after I left.
So I keep communicate with them about payment, they treat me criminal and contact to police and give my personal information.
This hotel is terrible!!!
호텔 예약할 때 사용한 신용 카드로 이 호텔은 카드 승인할 줄을 몰랐다.
호텔에 머무르는 동안 직원을 만날 수도 없었고, 추위와 와이파이 문제로 여러 번 전화했는데 아무 문제 없다는 말만 할 뿐, 아무도 오지 않았다.
내가 호텔을 떠나 온 이 후, 호텔에서는 카드 승인을 못하겠다며 해외 송금을 요청했고, 비용 지불에 대한 내용을 이메일로 오고가던 중 갑자기 나를 범죄자 취급하며 경찰에 내 정보를 주었다는 협박 메일을 보냈다.
정말 기분 나쁜 호텔이다.response / report this review -

Charging "final cleaning fee", very ridiculous. And while there's a wifi password on bulletin board, it actually doesn't work. Never come again.

Went here mainly for the alpine hiking and we were realy satisfied. The location is beautiful. Hotel is clean and the service is realy nice. Perfect price/value ratio.
