  Fantastic service and a delightful hotel. We enjoyed a clean, spacious room benefiting from lots of natural light. The hotel is right on the Velden strip and had great parking facilities. We have returned to Velden Am Worthersee the following two years and stayed elsewhere, only due to this hotel being sold out on the dates of our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
  
  Have also received a Christmas card every year since our stay from the Hotel management. An un-necessary but extremely personal and welcoming touch. Delightful.

  First of all,it is a fantastic hotel. They do everything for you to make you`re vacation wunderful. BUT, I know you are building a Spa but there was not a lot off parking space because the people that came to the restaurant were also parking on parkingspaces that is only for the hotel guests. If we come late back from diner and there is no parkingspace and a youngman ( i think a son of the owner) said you can park there but you have get it away before the afternoon ,the next day we have the same problem so park my car on the same place and then the next morning some one from reception tells my wife,if you do that again then we let your car taking away. I don`t think that is ferry nice to your guest.And then one other thing,I think you have to write on your website that the beach is a long walk from the hotel especialy for people that can not walk far ( like me) and if you are there then you are standing in front off a long stairs to the beds.

  We had dinner two times at the restaurant. Tipical austrian food with an extra touch. Friendly and polite staff. Recommended!

  Nettes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage im Zentrum von Velden. Man kann das Eigene Strandbad am Wörthersee benutzen.
  Schöne große Zimmer, in unserem Fall mit Balkon und Ausgezeichnetem Frühstück.
