Super. Tool.
I don't get it: today upon entering the shop, I was given a 10€ coupon to redeem with a minimum 25€ purchase. So far, so good. When I checked out (80€ purchase) I was told that I couldn't use the coupon because I'm already a faithful customer, and that I had to pay the full price of my purchase. Well, that's a rather peculiar way to thank customers which have spent over 4000€ in GrĂ¼ne Erde products. Honestly, in 5 years, I've never received such an attractive offer like these 10€ today. That's not about the money: it's 100% about the way you treat your longtime customers who spent thousands euros in your store. Basically, not being a returning GrĂ¼ne Erde customer brings more advantages than being registered. That's just sad. Your marketing team really needs to get familiar with the marketing 101. Go back to basics, for your own sake. Won't probably shop there anymore.
