  Nur mehr Fabrik mit Verkauf, Personal leider eher unfreundlich und steht gelangweilt rum! Also nur mehr wegen Keramik herfahren zahlt sich nimma aus! 2.Wahl is nur noch geringfügig günstiger leider

  Für mich hat sich das Geschäft der Gmundner Keramik zum Negativen verändert. Mir fehlte heute das Flair in diesem Geschäft. Ich muss nicht mehr nach Gmunden fahren, um günstiger einzukaufen, denn mir fehlte heute etwas. Leider!
  Ich kann das Geschirr auch beim XXX-LUTZ oder in einem anderen Möbelhaus kaufen, dort ist mehr Flair und ich spare mir die Fahrtkosten. Traurig aber wahr !!!

  Freundliche Leute, schöne Umgebung, tolle Erklärungen und hübsch gestaltete Räume und angenehmer Wechsel von Theorie und Praktischer Einbindung!
  
  Wären mit unserer Tochter (8J.) Rundum zufrieden!

  The tour is nice and amusing.
  
  It starts of with a small introductory video, then you revisit each step of the production with additional facts and anecdotes along the way. You can take a small piece of the original clay with you and two people can try to recreate the famous "Flamme" pattern of gmundner ceramics.
  
  Before that the guide shows you how a piece of gmundner ceramic is painted. This is also the weak point of the whole tour as it can be really hard to see what is going on - especially if there are many people.
  
  Would be great if they would hang a TV on the ceiling with a camera pointing straight down so you could see in more detail what the guide is doing.
  
  The shop is strangely spartanic, I guess it's to put the focus on the pottery itself but the shelves just look cheap. As far as I'm aware this is not your usual "industrial selling" - meaning that the pottery costs the same here as in any other shop.

  Gmunden Ceramics is a very traditional Austrian brand. We have been collecting pieces over the years. We were so lucky to be introduced to this place - they sell factory seconds which turned out to be a real bargain!

  Volles Sortiment, sehr cool! Kleinluch finde ich, dass man bei einem 300€-Einkauf trotzdem noch 3 € für eine winzige Geschenkverpackung zahlen muss.

  Hier gibt es die Möglichkeit, Gmunder Keramik zu günstigeren Preisen zu kaufen. Im Fabriksverkauf werden 2. Wahl-Stück angeboten, die kaum einen Unterschied aufweisen zur 1.Wahl.

  Immer einen Besuch wert. Schöne Stücke zu guten Preisen ohne dass die 2. Wahl wirklich zu sehen ist. Macht Spaß!
