By chance, we got in touch with a friend a few years ago. GCS offers a top price-performance ratio, you can get appointments at short notice and they are kept, which unfortunately is no longer a matter of course these days. Until recently we lived in Vienna (14th district), even this distance was not a problem. Minor issues are quickly resolved through remote support. Mr. Schwarz is also available by phone for help and advice. Our laptop is already an oldie, it still works perfectly thanks to the annual service and is perfectly adequate for our needs. If we do need a new laptop, this or a printer will only be bought from GCS. Absolute recommendation to take advantage of the services offered by Global Computer Service!

Mr. Schwarz has been looking after me for a number of years and I am very satisfied with his service. He's always friendly and polite, even when you're on the line. He “digs” himself in until there is a solution to the problem. He also likes dogs, you can bring them to his office :) :) : )
