One of Klagenfurt's best restaurants, but you have a slim chance to get in without a reservation. We were lucky to get a small table near the bar on a Saturday evening after walking around the Christmas Market on Neuer Platz. The young deer ragout was phenomenal, the Wiener schnitzel was just as good, although they make it from pork and not veal that I would rather prefer.

Wonderful place that saved our bacon when we were desperate for food on a Friday evening. Staff were friendly and manager was beside himself that the tables were still a bit wet from the rain and he made every effort to apologise to everyone. Food was amazing as was the wine and we left thoroughly satisfied.

Very busy, but among the few restaurants in Klagenfurt that don't refuse serving customers on Sunday. If you want to get a table outside, make sure you call in advance and make a reservation. The service was slighly bit rushed and confused (they brought the wrong dish); what made up for this and for being seated in the smoking area was that food they did bring was good and the beer ("zum Augustin") was excellent.

Very busy and service is slow. The food is worth the wait though. Just keep up on your waiter when it comes time to pay, or you will be sitting for awhile. Schweinbrten is the best!!

Very nice restaurant. The helpful staff and a great Austrian traditional cuisine. Very quick and thoughtful service and serving. Recommendations to all who want and know how to enjoy good food and prefer a homely atmosphere. Well done.
