Amazing staff, great food, big portions. Just looking at the interior you feel Austria. That place has that climate you looking for. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. And once again great food for reasonable prices.

I'm not sure why people were complaining about the place being racist-its simply not true. I'm Indian and they were lovely to me. It was also one of the best schnitzels I have ever had!

Simply THE BEST of local Salzburg cuisine. No nonsense food with sharp and cool servers at tables and bar. We returned for several meals - consistently excellent. And reasonable prices! Don't be put off by sharing a tablethis place is popular with great clients!

As a tourist, I had very unpleasure experience at there. They were being racists and by that, I screwed up all my beautiful memories of Austria. Shame.

I just said "could you clean the table?" and he took the menu away saying we can't eat here. I wanted to figure out why so went in and asked him but he said that he will not gonna serve us food. I asked why again and he said "Because i said so." What a racist. I've never met a server like him before. He was a thin guy with curly hair. Tasty schnitzel, fairly fast service. They got our order wrongbut both dishes ended up well. The salad was quite oily though. A good place with outdoor seating.

The food was amazing and so was the service. My friend had the chicken schnitzel and I had the seared duck breast special and both were amazing.

Beer is fine! Especially I would recommend non-filtered lager. BUT the food is disgusting. Me and my family ordered different dishes and everything was oversalted as hell. My 'traditional austrian fish' was a piece of defrosted trout (partly burnt). My father's pork tasted bad as well. That was a dried and defrosted meat. My husband's rice was overcooked and oversalted. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who knows the taste and worth of fresh and quality food.

One of the good old and rustic Austrian places serving our traditional food in a cosy atmosphere. I love to go there from time to time when I visit my hometown.
