Whilst I want to leave a positive review, I can't: the visit left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. The expensive cake was mediocre and the tea overpriced. I was also disappointed that there was no music playing, bearing in mind we had been told Mozart had played there. More positively, it was novel to be served tea by a waiter and the decor is pleasant.

Frauenhuber is a delightful place. It was quiet and the goulash delicious. We would come again. It is an old coffee house with no decaf but sells tea. Apple pie yummmm.

Nice dinner, quiet and the service correct and with funny comments. Food was good, traditional dishes are always good in Vienna.

Appalling service. After waiting to be seated and being ignored, we found a table ourselves. It wasn't even that crowded, but the waiter then came to us and made a snarky comment 'what, you couldn't find a bigger table'. We had 6 people and a baby in a our group, so it really was just appropriate for us. He then served us with a smirk throughout and utter rudeness. We were too polite to say anything, but would recommend that everyone stay away from this place. Probably the worst waiter anywhere in the world. This is what this place should be famous for.

Good place to have a coffee in a typical Austria coffee shop. Delicious cake. Bit expensive but it is part of the tourist experience.

My first one star rating - For starters when I asked the waiter to sit me outside he told me that they don't serve outside and walked away!!! It was very disrespectful. The same time I was I see people outside being served. Then another gentleman came and sat me outside. N e way we had our coffee & unfortunately the cappuccino tasted like Nesc_ _ _ & the black coffee was very regular. Nothing special & don't recommend.
