  Very good real italian food. The personel is also typical italian, they act accordingly, but you got served with the best pizza in the town

  Wir wurden gestern im alten Fahrstuhl festgehalten. Die Tür ging nicht auf. Es ist heute wieder Mal passiert, als mein 12 jährige Sohn allein drin war. Als er vom Hausmeister befreit wurde, wurde er von der Hotelbesitzerin angeschriehen, nur weil er nach der Panik die Tasten rumgedrückt hatte​. Mein Sohn hat so lang geweint, nicht aber wegen dem Fahrstuhl Am Schluss meinte sie zu uns, dass mein Sohn den Fahrstuhl ab jetzt nicht nehmen sollte! Naja, Kinder sollen sich in diesem hotel nicht diskriminiert führen oder? Die Mitarbeiter sind jedoch viel freundlicher.

  Přátelska atmosféra, mila obsluha při snídani i obědu, dobre jídlo, napoje k veceri nejsou zahrnuty v cene, pokoje čiste - zařízeny spíše ve stylu 90.let.Dobra poloha - da se vyjet kabinkovou lanovkou Kaiserburgbahn na vrchol s úžasným vyhledem a dalsimi turistickými cestami. Na cyklovýlety jen pro velké sportovce - pro milovníky pořádných kopců.

  Eine sehr schöne Woche, danke ! Silvesterbüffett und Neujahrsbrunch waren super, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Inhaber sehr um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Achim und sein Team.

  WiFi and toiletries in the room should be better. And the spa could be more quiet. But good overall.

  Good, spacious rooms. Nice hotel decoration and location (2 min walk to ski lift).
  Food is good, but bad luck for vegetarians - Austria is for meet.
