The quality of the pool area has decreased in respect with past years. The area around the pool is not cleaned, full of leaves and garbage. The child has got peace of broken glass in the bottom of foot just walking bearfoot around the pool.

I don't know what to say about this hotel and its staff. I can say a lot of things, but I have to shorten it. You can go to a really luxurious hotel which has good facilities, but it won't be enough for a perfect hotel description without good staff etc. Actually Schlosshotel Velden is exact meaning of perfection because of staff. They make you feel really good in every minute from the reservation process. Especially Mr. Bernhard Smole is one of the key factors whose make you love this place! This was my second time at this adorable hotel in the last one year. I am really sure it won't be the last one.
