In general is fine, the staff is kind and willing to help. The room was fine but a little bit far from elevator, pool and the restaurant. If you have this room you don't need to use the fitness facilities:) Be careful about the

The service was outstanding. However, lack of waiters on the outer terrace and in general staff around the hotel. Great number of the guests in the wellness zone reserved the beds with their towels though they weren't present in the relaxing room.No one to control them. Stunningly decorated and immaculate sauna facility. The food was more than just the taste!👍

I have only been to wellness. Beautiful and clean one. Silent and quiet environment. Outdoor pool and sauna.

We had a very good time at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the staff was very friendly and the spa was very relaxing. Even if you travel with children this hotel is a great choice, there is a children's playground and a special children's pool.
