Great American style diner. Have eaten food before which was nice from memory. Recently popped in for beers. They have a nice quite seating area before restaurant.

Really enjoyed the service. The place is big and lots of tables but fair amount of space in between. All the food we ordered was delicious.

It's a big place . Make a wise choice in seating. All food we ordered was super good. Beef ribs were delicious and a lot. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. Prices may not be that cheap. But you can manage and money will be well spent there !

Great menu and service! Sitting inside the catacombs may be too hot and the air is not good, but sitting in the remote inside area next to the entrance makes up for it. The waiters are friendly and take a good care of you. Prices are above average, but I think that the quality speaks for itself.

Nice place to go for steak if you like an upscale fast-food atmosphere. They have dry aged meat presented in a vitrin. Other food, like lasagne for example, is simply horrible. Staff is very accommodating but a bit confused at times. It's a great place to come with your hungry children.

One more steak restaurant thats is not able to prepare a steak as ordered - you ask for medium and you will get it bloody. Not worth the price and when it is crowded - and it is mostly - you will not get what you wanted.

A little bit pricey so I'm knocking off a star. The place is absolutely fabulous though. They dry age their meat on site, complete with exhibition window. Discovered this place when I came to Vienna 5 months ago, and I had to come back now! Worth a visit.

Our experience at this "restaurant" was horrible!
When we came, the waitress kept talking in German even that we spoke to her in English and asked her if she speaks English..
Okay never mind..
We ordered food and drinks, everything seemed fine..
Well, the waitress was really weird, didn't smile at all, didn't come to ask if everything is fine, she just ignored us as much as she could. We were waiting for the food and she just walked around us outside to smoke a cigarette. And then the waiter came. He was even worse than she was.. he was really obtrusive, he was touching our shoulders and had these very inappropriate comments. It was like half an hour later when we finally got the food and I have to say the restaurant was at the time pretty empty.
The food was great! I can not say any bad word about the meal, really. I guess the chef was the only great employee there.
Okay, after we ate the food I wanted to go to bathroom. I ask some waiter and he told me "behind the glass".. but when I came to the glass, behind that was only the kitchen.. so I turned and asked him again he told me with very annoying tone of voice to go right and I'll see it.. I actually had to turn left and than right, but obviously I had to look it up by myself.
When we wanted to pay, we asked the waiter to split the bill for us and that we will pay with credit cards. He said "okay, no problem, sure".. and than he came with unsplitted invoice, put it on the table with credit card terminal and left.. what that supposed to mean? Should we use the terminal by our selves or what?
Than he came and we told him if we can pay it separetely he said yes and left.. again.. than he came to the table next tu us and started to set the table.. and we were just sitting there waiting for him.
So we started to putting our coats on ready to leave and than he came finally .. he gave me the terminal and told me it's set up I just can put there the amount of the tip "for the service we got" so I did.. I left it zero Did he really expected us to let them any tip?? for that horrible service..?
after that we were leaving and we said him "thank you, good bye" and I guess because of the no tip, he just simply didn't say anything.. just left..response / report this review
