When EVO had opened in the neighborhood where we used live, we loved visiting it. Beautiful and cleverly done. I recommended and still do to my colleagues and friends.

It saddens me to see that the management has made a poor decision to charge clients who want to cancel their subscription, without any due notification. I can only confirm Christof‘s experience here.

Great gym, abhorrent customer service. Refused to even discuss a refund when my membership automatically unfroze (without me knowing), charged me extra days even though I had not been there, doesn't pick up the phone most of the time. If you expect decent customer service from your regular neighborhood gym, I would look elsewhere.

I travel a lot and therefore, visited many gyms around the world. This is by far one of the most pleasant and relaxing gyms I have ever been to. I love the interior and the fact that it doesn't feel like a typical gym: no loud annoying music, no mirrors everywhere, no distracting TV screens, no harsh lighting, no staff cliques, it is rarely busy and you are not locked into a contract (+ 7 days free trial!!!). It is clean, offers a pleasant ambiance, has many cardio and strength training equipment and it is divided perfectly on three different levels. I wish I discovered this gym earlier and didn't waste my money elsewhere.

Evo gym sets new standards in the design and equipments by offering a stylish environment in the center location of Vienna.The studio is very large,it has modern Equipments,very spacious - several floors,no waiting time - not crowded,rooms are well equipped and clean.
Fantastic gym!
