  Personally taste of ice cream is too sweet, so like average. Maybe it's a feeling, somehow I think ice cream taste better taking away with scoop then eating in. Service is not good nor bad, incline cold and unfriendly. They are just very stiff. There was a Italian girl staff with curly hair was the only one that's very nice and friendly guess she s no longer working there

  Allured by the many visitors and the nice outdoor seating, I was disappointed by the low quality and dull taste of the ice-cream and the above-average price range. This place seems to have nothing to do with other Bortolottis in Vienna.

  Waren kurz vor einer Veranstaltung im Rabenhoftheater hier um ein Eis zu essen. Fußweg ungefähr 7min. Das Eis war sehr lecker. Der Erdbeerbecher war sogar mit echten Erdbeeren, unüblich für diese Jahreszeit, bestückt. Auch die Aufteilung mit dem eigenen Raucherbereich ist vorbildhaft. Einziger negative Punkt ist das Klo. Nicht sauber und die Tür lasste sich nicht schließen.

  Ein sichtlich unter Drogeneinfluss stehender Mann hatte seinen
  Bull Theria mitten im Eissalon ohne Beiskorb und ohne den Hund anzubinden für ca. 10min. Minuten unbaufsichtigt alleingelassen und hat sich mit dem Personal vom Straßenverkauf amüsiert.
  Ich mußte ihn dann ermahnen das er den Hund an die Leine nehmen soll als der Hund zu uns kam und nicht abwenden wollte.
  Da ich mit 3 Kleinkinder alleine als Kunde war, hätte ich mir vom Personal bzw. von der Geschäftsführung
  ein einschreiten erwartet.
  Auch im eigenen Sinne u. der Hygiene wegen.
  Bortolotti im wieder!
  Jedoch nicht Osvaldo!!!
  Daher diese schlechte Bewertung!

  Very unfriendly and arogant staff. They refused to serve milk free ice cream to our 2 year old son using a properly washed scoop. After we explained that he had a strong milk allergy and it's not enough to simply rinse the scoop after vanilla or chocolate ice cream, the "friendly" Italian vendor said he didn't have time for this!!!
