My experience at the Gasteiner Dunstbad was very positive! Out of all the 'radon bath taking options' in the village I chose this one, as it seemed the most genuine and authentic. And it was! The welcome was very warm even though my German/Austrian is very bad and I loved the fact that they opened the window to have fresh air while looking at the beautiful Belle Epoque buildings in town.
The Radon bath itself takes about half an hour and I took a half hour massage afterwards. A nice surprise was that the masseur dry brushed my back at the end.

Do go and try it out, and go a few times in the time that you are staying, I could only go once regretfully :)
