Very rude lady in customer acceptance.
Assign appointments at times when there is no ordination and deny it.

I can only recommend Ms. Majdalani. Mrs. Dr. is also there for patients in the corona crisis! I called today because I was in a lot of pain and although it was close to the end of the ordination I could come straight away. Also great for anxiety patients (I felt very well cared for as an anxiety patient), everyone in the ordination was VERY nice and sensitive. Mrs. Dr. had explained everything exactly. Thank you for the quick help and a big compliment to the whole team
