Rented two bikes for a self-guided week-long trip from Linz to Bratislava (backtracked to Vienna to return bikes.) Bikes were heavy but beautifully-maintained and well-suited to easy, mostly-flat Danube cycle tracks. Staff was responsive and helpful; bikes were set up and ready to go when we arrived. Didn't need the support/repair but it was comforting to know it was available. Teresa Luger was our contact person and she was excellent. Note: free parking is available in Linz on the north side of the river close to the bike path.

Geht gar nicht. Sitze mit einem durchgefrorenen und hungrigen Kind in Linz und unser Gepäck ist nicht wie vereinbart geliefert worden. Wenn man besser sein Gepäck selber transportiert macht der teuer bezahlte Gepäcktransport keinen Sinn und ich kann vom Buchen einer Reise bei dieser Firma nur abraten. Service schlimmer als in Deutschland und das muss man erst mal schaffen.

I have had really the worst experience with this travel agency. I was booking a ship trip from Linz to Vienna. I was asking for the offer 3 weeks before the travel date. But unfortunately only until the last day before the travel date I received the confirmation. In between I have wrote several Emails and called so many times to chase for an update.

What is worse is that with the confirmation it didn't specify what was included exactly and they only sent me a link with the offers. On the website it said the lunch and dinner are included. But we didn't get that. After asking per telephone they gave me a very bad explanation.

I would never book with this travel agency ever again!

SIND ZUM 3TEN MAL UNTERWEGS.DIE HOTELS SIND GROSTEILS VOLLKOMMEN IN ORDNUNG, JEDOCH GIBT ES IMMER EINIGE DIE DEN GESAMMTEINDRUCK LEIDER UNWEIGERLICH NACH UNTEN ZIEHEN. MAN SOLLTE SICH EVENTUELL VON EINIGEN VERTRAGHOTELS TRENNEN.GLEICHERMAßEN SOLLTE DIE KOORDINATION DES GEPÄCKSERVICE GRUND AUF SANIERT WERDEN DA ES UNTRAGBAR IST AUF EIN GEPÄCK ÜBER 6 STUNDEN WARTEN ZU MÜSSEN DAS SICH NUR 35 KILOMETER VON A NACH B BEWEGT WERDEN SOLL.

Hanno a disposizione bici normali (city bike a 21 rapporti) che elettriche, ma le elettriche vanno prenotate perchè sono in numero limitato. Se si capita a ritirare la bici dal garage nel momento sbagliato si trovano gli addetti in pausa e si può aspettare anche mezz'ora. Forniscono gratuitamente le borse e il lucchetto. Il noleggio dura 24 ore ed è possibile riconsegnare le bici fino alle 18.
