DO NOT BOOK !!!
EDIT: No wonder that the company comes across as serious when it reports all bad comments on Google.
I am not a competing company (as stated in the owner's comment). It's just ridiculous. Stand by your bad service and change something about it!

Please do yourself a favor and don't book this company. This borders on scams, website and reviews seem great but the service is terrible.
We had booked a move for 9am and were called at 8am and postponed to afternoon with a bad excuse. I wish I had canceled immediately, but since we had the whole day off I agreed to postpone it. I was then told they would call me at 12 o'clock to tell me when the move was going to take place. At 1 p.m. nobody had called me. When I called, I was told the men were on their way and would be there in an hour or less.
You can't imagine how stressful we were about this sh ** company. After an hour there was still no one there. In the meantime, we had to call family and friends and had started the move ourselves, as we had to finish and it was after 2pm
At 4 p.m. suddenly two men came around the corner, smoking and cozy (we were in the middle of the move because we couldn't wait any longer). Well and as comfortably as they arrived they continued above. We watched it for 10 minutes and then decided that we would continue to tackle it ourselves because otherwise the move would take the whole night (it was already 4pm and the move should be finished the same day !!!). I also have to say that it was an almost 80sqm apartment
Incidentally, the two types of relocation did not know any of the addresses and had to call me for the first and for the second my brother drove with them in the truck.
In principle, everyone in this company was really incompetent and I am amazed that you can make any profit like this.
For us it was a horror experience and I wish I had just canceled at 9 o'clock.response / report this review -

Take good care of the furniture.
Price as agreed before, with no nasty surprises.

Einfach Top! 3 Mitarbeiter kamen wie versprochen. Pünktlich, sehr freundlich, schnell und das zu einem wirklich sehr fairen Preis. Kann ich zu 1000% weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten die Umzugsexperten zweimal im Abstand von ca. 6 Monaten zur Hilfe gebeten. Jedes einzelne Mal war in jedem einzelnen Punkt perfekt: flexibel, unkompliziert und schnell. Der Preis war mehr als fair.
