Good sauna, good spacious guest rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Service still good, but not excellent this time. No Gideons' Bible in our room. Staff did not bid farewell after payment, nor offer to help with the luggage or call a taxi - took the payment, and that was it Not even a "good bye"or" hope to see you again" - and that for a regular guest, mind you.

Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Everyone we spoke to knew German and English. The lobby also offered towels and water for anyone going for a run in the city. The hotel room was bright and clean. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city downtown and the train/bus station. The rooftop bar and restaurant was nice but expensive compared to other places in town.

Overpriced at €180 and €20 parking and breakfast extra. Very good location outside of old city. Some decor old needs updating. Has a/c. Close to Mirabel and churches. Plenty of good and well priced restaurants nearby. Rooftop bar restaurant was perfect.

Great hotel with awesome service. The shower was a little weird but we got over it. Definitely need to check out both the sky bar and the basement restaurants. Good service all around and nice location relative to downtown.

Affordable hotel in a good location with quiet rooms, nice staff, and good service. Rooms are modern and spacious with large, comfortable beds and a focus on sleeping well, including a large selection of pillows, but also pillow spray and other scents, plus darkening curtains.

Hotel was amazing! The room was beautiful with plenty of space. The staff was very accessible and accommodating as well. Definitely grab a drink at the Sky bar on the top floor, bar tenders are great and the view is wonderful. We will stay here again!

What I liked:
- very nice breakfast with a good variety
- high quality meals
- modern and cosy rooftop bar
- high quality meeting and event rooms with polite and attentive service
What could be improved
- the room I was in was quite old-school (but they were currently renovating them, which leads me to the next point)
- construction noise due to ongoing renovations
- no way to keep the window open at night because it's in a noisy area

Convenient to the old part of Salzburg while still being able to drive and park (discounted parking down the street). Rooms were fine and the Sky Bar upstairs was very enjoyable for a night cap.

Wonderful hotel, with spacious rooms and excellent staff. It's situated perfectly walking distance to many attractions and the riverside. Hotel provided a nice little crib for a small child. We had a great experience.

As I go the check in is fast and efficient, the staff is extremely friendly, the hotel itself is immaculate, and if you ask them to advise on the menu in the restaurant; they are gracious, accommodating, and correct. The food is otherworldly, and the drinks are strongpromising. We will seeloved it. The WiFi was fast. The room service was great, not super cheap but good for the cost.
