Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. So thankful for the kindness of waiter Humair, room attendant Monika, and the front desk attendants Vanesha (?) and others. Your team made our family's unexpected stay at this Courtyard by Marriott location very pleasant, thank you.

The reception is nice and even the hotel is on par with prices of similar hotels. You have to book well in advance as this is a busy one in the area. We went there with out any booking, all the rooms are filled and there is an waiting list as well.

At just over 5km from the old town of Vienna, courtyard by Mariott is a little far (about an hour of brisk walking). It is however situated on a tram line and it's also about half a km from the beautiful Schonnberg Palace and Gardens. The gardens there afford magnificent views and are free to enter.
The hotel features a bar and bistro, which is fortunate as many of the restaurants around it seem to have closed. There is also a gym but no pool.
Shops are difficult to find bht are 1-2km away. The staff are very friendly and know the area well.
The rooms are good sized and the beds ard comfortable.response / report this review -

Not up to Marriott's usual standards. Very dated and run down, although clean. Staff was pleasant. Neighborhood is sketchy. The parking facilities here are just odd. Very difficult to maneuver a vehicle into spaces with large cement columns. No complimentary breakfast for Platinum Rewards members. (We were offered a croissant and coffee, but then were not allowed to sit with the "regular" breakfast customers. Instead we were put off to the side like 2nd rate citizens. Really rolling out the welcoming carpet for your loyal customers!)

Great hotel. Warm and friendly staff. Ideally located for days out either in the city or at Schloss Schoenbrunn and the park.

Clean and quiet hotel but in a bizarre location. Hotel was chosen for me from a group tour so I just ended up here. It is so far from the city center and the neighborhood is a little sketchyperiod I don't think it's dangerous it's just deserted
