  Can not recommend the travel agency.
  We booked a trip to Crete in November which should now take place in July. About 3 weeks before the start of the trip on a Friday, a staff member of the travel agency called us that the trip could take place as planned despite Corona and that we could transfer the remaining amount on Monday. We did this and a day later we got another call and this time it was said that they had to cancel the trip. When asked why we got the answer: Because there are no flights to Crete (they probably didn't know 4 days before). Furthermore, it was said that we now have to wait a few weeks for our money but it should be overwhelming before the start of the trip. There was still no refund on the day of departure. So we had to call again and then we heard that it could take some time for the transfer. At some point, unfortunately, the money came late for a replacement trip.

  I can not recommend. Were there for advice on Saturday, was very friendly. We then agreed that we would write an email on Monday for the booking - no reaction. Called several times since then - the colleague is always on the phone and calls back. No idea who she calls back, not us! Will book now in another travel agency
