Should not expect a 4 star standard.
+ Nice skiing package is offered at a very reasonable price.
+ Big room with plenty of space
+ Helpful staff, we always received ice cubes for free
+ Perfect location in the middle of the city
- Smell in the floors
- broken shower door and tarp
- Breakfast is very simpel, not a 4 star standard
- Room towards the street is very loud, traffic jam in front of the window each morning
- no free Wifi

Ottima posizione, pulito e cortesi nel servizio. Unica pecca la camera era un po' piccola.

No reception at midnight, one has to check in in another hotel, if arrives late. Besides that everything is ok. It is great that it is in the city center.
