    - sehr freundliches & herzliches Personal
    - Luxus Duschen
    - Schwimmbad
    - angenehme Atmosphere

We were really disappointed with the behaviour of the camp personnel. We wanted to spend a night in the camp on our way to Switzerland and I have sent an email to the camp beforehand asking if we could arrive late in the evening (between 9-10 PM). We have arrived a few minutes after 10PM in the end. The reception was closed and no one seemed to be around. So we parked the car in the camp's parking ground outside of the camp and went to look around the camp site to find a place where we could build a tent. As we returned to our car a man appeared and started to argue that this was a camping ground and we have nothing to do there, trying to get us out even if we tried to explain we just wanted to stay there in regular manner. He also looked at our car's plate and said something like "ja, die Tschechen" contemptuously. We did not know who he was as he did not introduce himself. Finally he said he would call his daughter to solve the issue. A woman came a few minutes later, I guess it was a camp's owner or operator, who was also quite rude and angry. She even claimed we had been using the camp's facilities (!) without payment, claimed she had seen me coming out of the washing room (!) which really was not the truth. Finally, after a longer dispute, she enabled us to stay in the camp and to pay next morning. Me and my wife (disabled by the way) felt like thieves and liars, not like the guests. We stayed in many camps over years, often arrived in the evening and payed next day, but never experienced this behaviour. I even was not able to sleep well that night Although the two did not introduce themselves I guess they were the members of the Brugger family. Greetings this way. Miroslav Jurčeka
