  In general, I like the Stein. Their food is amazing, very typically Austrian. Also their drinks are good. Unfortunately, the staff is slow and not very attentive. Takes forever to get the check if u dont sit in front of the waiter. Staff is nice and friendly, though ;)

  Horrible service. After ordering two desserts they only served one. We told them and after asking four (!) times and 15 minutes later we finally got the second one. No excuses.
  After finishing the meal he finally came to make his apologies, with a reason When asking for the check he told us two times "service not included!".

  Back in the 80's and even the 90's this was where you would go when in Vienna, especially in the beginning of an evening to meet up with friends. Well, to be honest there was not much to choose from in those days. Today, and I tried several times over the past years, the places has lost its vibe, service is terrible. The food is OK though.

  Very nice, bright cafe with good food and drinks. Big terrace in front of the cafe for sunny days.

  The place looks nice, the prices are good, but it literally took 20 minutes for me to get the attention of the waiter and the cafe wasn't even close to full

  Just what you expect from cafe in this price range. The schnitzel is very tasty. Comes with some salad and potatoes, the portion is huge.
