Lovely interior and staff was friendly. The atmosphere is worth the price of dining here. It was cozy and felt historic with its old fashioned interior design. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a quick coffee while visiting the opera house or strolling through the city.

Another of the places I visited which gave me the Viennese coffeehouse feeling. Just because waiters don't run around with a stupid grin on their face doesn't mean they are unfriendly, I found them very professional and very helpful getting me a seat even though I seem to have arrived at the same time as 100 other tourists. My coffee (Wiener Melange) was excellent and I took a long time enjoying it, all the while feeling I'm inside of a movie playing in the 1700s with the emperor driving by in his horse carriage any moment.

Cafe MOZART is also part of ‘landtmann patisserie group’. They have several coffee shop in Vienna So all coffee shop have same pastries. Mozart is one of oldest coffee shop. Now it’s to much touristic so price are bit high. Service is zero so Go on your own risk. It is better to go CAFE MUSEUM from same group, which is just 100 meters away. Over there service is quite rapid.

I don't usually eat or drink in the touristy areas. The name also makes you think this isn't a local spot. But after having some pastries and coffee; it was very nice. You're able to sit outside or inside. The staff is patient and can help guide you to select something that fits your budget and desires. Won't be back but is a good memory

Had a late dinner after a Mozart concert. Service was good. The goulash was very tasty. Nice place to sit outside and people watch.

I went there only for the desserts. Apple strudel did not taste fresh. I asked waiter for a lemon tart and he got me a lemon drink. I did not return what he got out of courtesy but just mentioned the same while I was leaving and also told him I will pay, just telling you that this happened. Instead of accepting his mistake he got super arrogant. Is this how Vienna treats guests!

Classic Viennese coffee house, great look and feel. The lemonades were very delicious and not too expensive. Service was professional. However, the cake is not overwhelmingly good and really overpriced considering its size and the fact that it is not even homemade but supplied by patisserie Landtmann.

Very very bad reception. We had to wait more than 10 minutes just to be seated when they were a lot of free table.
When we ask "how many time we hace to wait" the response is "i don't know" with'nt even a regard.
This is a pathetic reception and we dont welcome people like this in our country.

Your paying for the name and the location. But, of course the coffee and cake are delicious. Another bonus for hot summers is that the inside is air conditioned, which is quite a novelty here in Austria.

Best waiting staff. Much better service than most of the other big 'tourist' coffee shops in Vienna, very efficient. Food is lovely although can be expensive.

Lovely place w friendly service and great quality food / drinks. We just stopped for some desserts and spiked coffees. A bit touristy of course, but not outrageously so.
