My room is in the third floor and is in dire need of renovation! A sign by the lift indicates that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, it's just a shame I didn't get one of the newly decorated rooms. The furniture is from the 70s, the net curtains were white once but are now grey and need washing. The pillows feel lumpy, like they were stuffed with cotton wool balls! The room smells musty. At least it's cheap, although my room rate didn't come with breakfast included.

Nice place. Room has good space. Parking facility is a bit far from the hotel (approx 400m). Friendly people.

Great little place, very nice room and friendly helpful staff. Would give 5 stars but no A/C was a little uncomfortable with 30+C at night. Otherwise a great little hotel in a beautiful city

Amazing hotel, we got a free promotion to their specially Vienna-style furnished room that was really beautiful. All the staff were very polite and kindhearted, always asking us how were things and if we needed anything. The breakfast was outrageously delicious with anything you can think of from scrambled eggs to waffles. A glass of sparkling wine offered to us by the staff during breakfast was a cherry on the top.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Von außen wie von innen. Der Standort ist weniger schön, bei den Stadtbahnbögen, an der U6 Station Alserstraße. Die Bar ist sehr nett. Service ist gut. Kann mich nicht beklagen. War dort allerdings nicht über Nacht.

Terribly small room have been given room number 215. Which is like a BnB type tiny room with bathroom opening in room. I feel like cheated..The staff Does not bother about customer. Very unfortunate.

Very narrow room (single room) as well as the bed (only 70-80cm wide) with a lamp on a wall falling down during the slip when you do any moves. No pictures of those room. If I sow it before would not take it.
At the morning very noisy, because of cleaning crew not caring about silence and guests.
Everything costs extra, one bottle water 0,3l 3,20€ and no welcome one.
Also 15€ for breakfast is too expensive for the relation.

My experience was mixed. I stayed there with my friends for one night, each in a separate room. The service is excellent, friendly, competent and fast, also while communication during the booking phase. Pricing is ok if you book directly. The bar is nice and even the little smoking area in the backside of the hotel. Unfortunately the rooms were not the best, of course I'm minding the princing, but still this is one of the most important points and should be improved. They were clean and oneself found everything for his temporary stay, but feeling home is different. The rooms we got were old and one could see that, with several marks of usage/dirt on the walls. They were located in the 2 floor with their windows pointing to the main street. Their walls and doors were super thin so one could hear practicably everything what the people in the next room were talking, also meaning any TV, radio, etc Also the noise of the main road can be a problem. Luckily we were staying from Saturday to Sunday when traffic is low. As in many other hotels they had this carpet-floors, which are not really my favorite. Still for a short stay I would stay again.
