Lovely room (in Annexe). Clean, well-equipped, free fast WiFi, newly decorated, modern, central location. Breakfast excellent. Evening meal good. Provide excellent packed lunch. Staff helpful & friendly. Family-run.
Pity they do not subscribe to Joker Card scheme. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. (Summer season visitors)

Beds are comfortable, could not control the heat in the room from a central thermostat and had to control heat at each radiator. Food is good, and service is excellent and quick. Jerry and Lazlo were excellent waiters and both had a good sense of humour. Spa facilities are good and clean. Ski room facilities are good and what you expect from a ski room but is down beside a strip bar, which is closed until 7pm. The hotel itself is very central to the centre and to the ski lifts. It also has an annexe building which has good rooms with private bathroom facilities. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and willing to help with any query or issue you have. An enjoyable and relaxing stay was had.

The location is great, its in the center of saalbach. The rooms are decent, the matrass is a bit too hard for my liking. Theres also a wellnes, which is great for after skiing. All in all a great hotel!
