Erg mooi uitzicht. Je kunt de villache alpe goed zien en de grote meren. Aan de andere kant kun je het hele dal zien, bijna tot aan Hermagor. Bij het drielandenpunt schijnen ook oude bunkers te zijn, deze hebben wij helaas zelf niet gevonden maar vrienden van ons zijn er wel geweest.

A nice open gondola ride I up the mountain, where it's a nice short bike up to the Dreiländereck, where Austrian, Italian, and Slovenian borders meet. There are two places once you get off the bergstation for food and drinks. The larger hut just next to the gondola exit, the other one (looks more authentic to me) somewhat along the route towards the Dreiländereck itself.

A tri-border point where the borders of Austria, Slovenia and Italy meet. Amazing views! Well worth seeing! We were there in Autumn, so it was foggy but still incredible. In winter it's a ski resort. Accessible by cable car from Arnoldstein, Austria or by a forest track (you might need 4x4 vehicle) from Ratece, Slovenia. Slovene name: Tromeja.

Small ski area but has all slope difficulties. Very clear, organized area in which it is easy to find one other.

Manjše, toda prijazno smučišče nad Arnoldsteinom ali Podkloštrom po slovensko. Trosedežnica in šest vlečnic, dolga proga v dolino. Primerno tudi za družine in začetnike.

Gut geeignetes, für Familien gut geeignetes Skigebiet.
Im Sommer gut zum Wandern.
Auffahrt zum Treffpunkt der drei großen europäischen Kulturen. Das Dreiländereck ist nach kurzer Wanderung zu erreichen.

Für Kinder gut geeignetes Schigebiet in der Nähe von Villach. Nicht ganz so überlaufen wie z. B. die Gerlitzen.
