This hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly welcome, clean comfortable and spacious room and the bathroom was a standard you would expect in a higher end hotel. Ok they don't have tea coffee etc in the room but it is still really good value.

The rooms are incredibly hot, but good location and good size with nice shower facilities. The sliding toilet door is not the best as doesn't shut and is see through which is strange for a shared room

You can't beat the location and quality for the price. Well located to old town and mariastrassen. Trams and local buses stop in front of the hotel for quick and easy transportation. Was only a 15 (max) walk from the train station.

Basic Hotel is the only hotel we stay at in Innsbruck since you can't beat the location, price, and quality of the rooms. The best rooms are the family rooms facing the river. Great view and a covered balcony that can be used to spend time with friends/family.

Rooms are clean, well appointed. Staff know the area and are friendly.

Recommend not paying for their parking, though. The underground parking nearby is spacious, easily accessible, and only around 6 euros more than the hotel's per day.

This hotel is as the name suggests, basic. Has the basic amenities, doesn't have something charming about it unlike other hotels in its category. The fact that there isn't complimentary breakfast was a bit of a pet down. All in all a comfortable stay.

This hotel was in a great location for exploring Innsbruck. Everything was in walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not feel cramped or crowded. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part was the view of the mountains from our balcony. We loved sitting there and looking out!
