Wir hatten in unserem Urlaub unseren Golf zur Inspektion angegeben. Super gemacht und innen geputzt und außen gewaschen haben wir ihn zurück bekommen. Das macht unser VW Autohaus in Bergisch Gladbach nicht. Sehr freundliche Menschen dort!

Just pickup VW Golf which I dropped off to this garage as all the warning lights were on.. after VW complete there diesel software update two weeks ago. The family run business and staff were so nice and friendly to a poor kiwi guy who can speak the local language. They looked into the problem while I was there and showed and explained all the faults and then told me they would discuss it with VW head office to push for a claim.
