Beautiful hotel. Everything went well. They have an amazing pool. Food was delicious. No complaints.

Great helpful staff. Very clean. Fabulous food. Pool on top floor with breathtaking views. All you need within walking distance.

Excellent hotel and staff, we enjoyed our stay here. 15 munute stroll down to the town or wait forcthe hourly courtesy bus. Perhaps a word of warning re dinner: Starter (from the buffet), soup, salad (from the buffet), main course, dessert, cheese (from the buffet). If you are skipping any of the courses let your waiter know or you may find you have a bit of a rest while they wait for you to have your salad before bringing your main course, for example! ☺

I was really disapointed from my stay at the Schloss Lebenenhof, I heard some good things about and decided to give it a try.
The room was very beautiful and the view was estonishing but that was it.
The service was unfriendly, no help for the luggage, no real help at the breakfast wich was by the way not the best one and very loud.
We stayed for half an hour in front of the door at night with no possibility to enter because the doors were looked and when we called noone answered there was only a voicemail.
We had some kind of sand in the bed and it needed to be changed
All in all it was my first and last time at the Schloss Lebenenhof I would recommend to go to the Arosa in Kitzbühel it was much better.response / report this review -

I have to say, one of the best hotels I have ever visited! Fantastic stay and great food/breakfast. I just wish they allowed a late checkout!

The best hotel in Kitzbuhel. It has a amazing pool of the last floor with a view to the village the the resort. You can actually lay in the pool and watch the skiers ride.

The service is not as expected for 5 star hotel. Waiting for shuttle service almost an hour :-(
